Reiki Level 1 – What to Expect
In this class, you will learn the history and principles of Reiki, Japanese techniques for Level 1, receive your Reiki attunement, and be guided through basic hand positions for treating yourself and others.
The class includes a blend of instruction, demonstration, and hands-on practice in a calm, supportive environment.
By the end of the training, you will feel confident using Reiki for self-healing and sharing it with family and friends.
