Reiki Level I is the first step in learning this gentle, hands-on healing practice that encourages deep relaxation, inner balance, and overall well-being. This class provides a strong foundation for understanding and using Reiki for self-care and to support family and friends.​

During these Reiki classes, you can expect a combination of lectures, discussions, attunements, energy work, demonstrations, and plenty of practice time. The ability to receive Reiki attunements and training online has been one of the great evolutions of Reiki energy in the 21st century. Because Reiki travels beyond space and time, online Reiki training is highly successful and provides new possibilities for global outreach.​
