Hi, I'm Pierrette!
Let me tell you a bit about me. I was born in Northern Ontarion in the early 60's but grew up in the province of Québec. I have been married to a wonderful Irish man for 32 years and we are proud parents of three children and grandparents to one granddaughter! I am fluently bilingual in French and English and offer all my services in both languages.
I am a strond believer in alternative and holistic therapies; they work well on their own or alongside with conventional medicine. We all have the potential to heal ourselves and that's what my practice is all about; helping you to help yourself.

In my free time, I enjoy walking, baking (I make all my breads), reading non-fiction, gardening, sewing, building challenging puzzles (in winter times), and going to the local coffee house for "me time"!

I was introduced to the traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho in 2014 and used it mainly for self-care. I completed all the levels of Usui Reiki up to the Master Level. While I was completing my classes, I came across Holy Fire® Reiki and the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). The deeper spiritual aspect of Holy Fire Reiki spoke to me and so, in 2018, I completed the Holy Fire® Karuna Reiki® Master training with William L. Rand of the ICRT. Following this class, I decided to get outside my comfort zone and began teaching Reiki! I enjoy passing on the gift of Reiki and helping others discover themselves. And wanting to dig deeper into the Holy Fire® style of Reiki, I completed Level I, Level II and the Master Level of Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki in December of 2021, with Colleen Benelli, a wonderful licensed Reiki Teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training.

In the years of my Reiki training, reflexology became a word I often heard. It seemed that reflexology and Reiki could complement each other. I attended a one day "Introduction to reflexology" workshop in 2016, and even though I was really interested, I wasn't sure I could commit to the intensity of the course. Comes 2023, one of my Reiki student is a fully certified Reflexologist and a licensed Refloxology teacher with the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC). After some time of reflection I made the decision to take the course and became the student of my ex-student! The Universe works in mysterious ways!
I have to admit the course was a bit of a challenge for me but I am so proud of myself for not giving up! And after 10 months of hard work, I completed the course in January of 2024 and I am now a Certified Reflexologist recognized under the RAC Standards of Practice. Reflexology and Reiki are two modalities that can bring you into a deep state of relaxation where healing and renewing can begin. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with you on your journey of self-discovery and healing.
