In-Person or Distance
Reiki Session

Most people feel deeply relaxed during and after a session and this feeling of inner peace allows the body’s natural healing abilities to kick in.  A full Reiki session is approximately one hour.  The client remains fully clothed and lies down on a massage table. The Reiki Practitioner goes through various held hand positions on or above your body. Clients report feeling heat, cool, tingly or sometimes nothing. Most say they feel fully relaxed and ready to tackle whatever life throws at them after the session.

If Reiki energy is new to your body, often a person needs more than one session, it really depends on how depleted or strong one is when coming into a session.  A follow up plan, if needed, is discussed at the end of your session.

A Distance session works the same as in-person except that the person receiving Reiki is not in the same physical location as the practitioner.  Your Distance Reiki session is completed in the comfort and privacy of your chosen location.  A Distant session is very practical if you have mobility issue, or if you are not feeling well, or even when the weather does not want to cooperate!

Because Reiki is an energy, it transcends time and space to bring the receiver and the practitioner together energetically in the now, allowing clients to receive healing from afar.
